extra burst of energy you need to finish some of the tasks at hand.

Enjoy
a few minutes of peace and quiet. Let the flicker of the candlelight soothe your
soul and revive your spirit.
Listen
To Music
Put
in a CD or tune in the radio to a favorite station. Take a momentary time out by
losing yourself in the beat or use the gentle rhythm as a backdrop to the
snowflakes falling outside your window.

down some memories – the good and the bad, the events you attend and the
